Please allow 2-5 days for order processing. Shipments are delivered within 5-10 business days (for orders in US) after orders have cleared credit card authorization. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
All merchandise in original, unused condition can be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery.
Clothing must be free of make up, perfume, deodorant, and any other marks or stains. If an item is returned in a non-resealable condition, it will be returned to you at your cost.
Refunds will be given in the original form of payment.
shipping and handling costs, and other charges are non-refundable (unless the item arrived to you damaged or there was a mistake on our part)
we are not responsible for any return packages lost in transit, we strongly encouraged that you send your returns with a tracking number
refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax
in order to exchange the item, please place a new order and return the original item for refund
price adjustments will be honored within 30 days of purchase

Incorrect order or damaged products
In the event that you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order with pictures of the damage and return the product within 14 days, full refund will be provided.
